This is a wonderful, recently converted mas originally built in the 1850’s and set in a hectare of well-maintained private gardens, which feature, an abundance of flowering shrubs, an olive grove, terraces, a 11 x 5m salt-water pool next to which is a pool house.
The interiors which have been decorated and furnished in impeccable taste in a mix of modern meets old, with a host of original features such as the staircase and floor tiles adding additional charm.
The mas has three floors. The ground floor includes two bedrooms, a large welcoming living room, a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest WC and a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, whilst on the second floor there are two bedrooms that work as a parental suite.
The location is rather special, as it is set on the largest river Island in France, Isle de la Barthelasse, some 700 hectares in size much of which is devoted to farming, which lies between the two branches of the Rhone, the Grand and Petit, with the pretty Medieval village of Villeneuve les Avignon on the former side and the papal city of Avignon on the latter.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE :
- Maintenance of the garden when necessary (watering, mowing, etc., ... it is generally early in the morning or late in the evening with respect for the people on site)
- Mosquito repellent treatment around the swimming pool and interior courtyards.
- Access to the laundry room for the use of the washing machine, dryer (preferably at night), ironing board with small steam generator.
- Daily cleaning except Sundays and Saturdays (redone bed / bathroom + kitchen), i.e. 2:30 a.m. per day with a time slot to be defined, at the earliest 10 a.m. / 12:30 p.m. + Exit cleaning
