The house is well equipped with air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, iPod stereo system, BBQ, outdoor shower and WC adjacent to the swimming pool and flat screen Televisions in three of the five bedrooms as well as both reception rooms.
On entering the villa there is a small hallway which leads to a large well-equipped kitchen with table and chairs. To the right there is the main lounge area with fireplace, ample seating, large windows lining one wall with patio doors giving access to the ground floor terrace where one can admire the beautifully maintained gardens. From the main lounge you can access the dining room through an archway and two of the double bedrooms down a few steps. Both of these double bedrooms are en-suite. On the other side of the main lounge area there is a second reception area and a further two bedrooms. (One double and one twin.) Upstairs there is the master bedroom with full en-suite facilities. There is a balcony from the master bedroom which provides spectacular views of the grounds below as well as views over the hills of Gassin.
The gardens of this attractive property are well-maintained throughout the year and are a pleasure to see.The summer kitchen is perfect for hosting barbeques with friends or even late summer family dinners al fresco.
