A fully equipped kitchen of 30m2 with dishwasher, 2 fridges, a cold room, ice maker, cave a vins, a cooking hob and microwave. Finally on this floor, features the Master bedroom with sea views and en-suite bathroom.

There are 6 guest bedrooms on the garden floor all of which have en-suite bathrooms and 2 further bedrooms for staff.
