It has a living area of 200m2, set in a landscaped garden of 3500m2, situated in the countryside, enjoying peace and quiet. On one side, one has views of the sea, including a protected area in front of the beaches of Pinarello, on the other side, one has a view of the mountains. One can reach the beach of Pinarello in 20 minutes on foot through a small path in the middle of the maquis.
Inside, modern materials and beautiful workmanship give a warm atmosphere throughout. The owner has chosen a mix of contemporary designed furniture and vintage Italian, French and American, which work together remarkedly well.This villa consists of 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. The living room, on the 1st floor, benefits from very beautiful sea and mountain views, with access to a large terrace.
