Villa Unique is a wonderful contemporary property designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti (architect of the Mucem Museum in Marseille). It has been published worldwide. The furniture as befitting the villa, is vintage, precious, and for the use and enjoyment of guests.
Villa Unique is an experience for the senses: a bright dream, where time is suspended in the velvety softness of the water, where the blues and greens of the sky and the sea, the pool and the pines mingle with one another. generous gold from the sun; where spaces merge outside, inside, above, below, walks dotted with selected furniture, which magnifies the exceptional architecture of the building, stretched around a 28-metre-long swimming pool.
The villa can accommodate either 8 adults (4 couples with intimacy), or 8 adults and 4 children (children sleeping in spaces shared with adults ): 2 of the rooms communicate and are not completely separated, one from the other. This floor (the aquarium floor) can be adapted as a sleeping area and can accommodate 5 beds (2 double beds + 3 single beds), to which are added 2 double rooms + 1 triple room. There are 4 bathrooms.
